Booking & Deposit Policy
Please take the time to read over the following & understand that it may take 5-7 business days to receive a response. Feel free to send a follow-up email if it's been over a week.
A one-time, non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
The money put down as the deposit is a part of the total cost of the session, and will be deducted from the total cost on the day of the appointment.
Deposits can be rescheduled/moved once, with more than 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in loss of the deposit. Deposit may also be lost if:
- The client is late without notice,
- The client changes their mind, or changes to an idea that was not initially agreed upon.
